Butters often melt during shipping in warmer weather, awe boo! 

That beautifully pipped wonderfully whipped butter will melt for sure if it sits outdoors after delivery!

A quick solution is to pop your butter in the fridge until it hardens back up and Voila! Your butter returns to its solid form. 

You can also re- whip your butter to get it light and fluffy again!
